Health Trainers are there to offer support to you and your family, when you want health advice about anything from healthy eating to getting more active, to giving up smoking. Whatever you want support with they will be able to help, or be able to tell you about some of the other services that are out there. Health Trainers can support you to: * Lose Weight * Eat healthier * Get more active * Give up smoking * Reduce stress and manage your stress levels * Provide information on alcohol * Provide information on sexual health Health Trainers also offer a Health MOT and offer brief advice about how to go about making healthier lifestyle choices. Getting started and staying motivated in the long term can be hard and so the Health Trainers will be there to support you when, sometimes your motivation dips.
